Our mission is to empower Talent to get noticed and to enable Recruiters to find the right Talent. SharkTalent is about getting connected with the right people.

Complying with the law and encouraging respectful behavior
While using SharkTalent it is expected that you comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. In addition, it is expected that you respect the rights and dignity of others. Our website is not the platform for threats, hate speeches, harassment, violence, obscene or degrading behavior like nudity, fraud or anything else that gives rise to any criminal or civil liability.

Using your authentic name and identity
By joining SharkTalent, you agree to use your authentic name and identity. You will not provide any false personal information, or create an account for anyone other than yourself.

Using personal content of other users in a proper way
Talent and Recruiters can post content and some or all of that content might be personal information. While using SharkTalent it is expected that you use that content in a proper way.

Protecting your intellectual property
SharkTalent gives Talent the opportunity to get noticed. However, before posting your video pitch or other content, please be sure that you do not show other people’s work. We ask that you respect copyrights, trademarks and other legal rights.

Reporting abuse
If you see something on our website that you believe violates our SharkRules, please report it to us.


These SharkRules were written in English. To the extent any translated version of these SharkRules conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
